- Failure to pay final invoices may result in legal action to recover outstanding amounts.
- Failure to pay for services may result in account suspension and project termination.
5. Intellectual Property and Code Ownership
All code, designs, and intellectual property developed by LostKode remain the exclusive property of LostKode until full payment is received and project is completed.
If a project is terminated before completion or if full payment is not received, the client has no rights to any code, designs, or work product created by LostKode.
All website content, platform materials, and intellectual property owned by LostKode may not be used, distributed, or modified without explicit written permission.
By uploading any materials, content, images, or other assets to our platform or providing them for use in your project, you grant LostKode a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify such materials for the purposes of providing services and showcasing our work.
6. Termination of Service
- Violation of these Terms of Service.
- Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities.
- Misuse or abuse of our services in a way that disrupts our platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
